AI Tattoo Generator & Maker
AI Tattoo Generator & Maker (“AI Tattoo” or “the app”) is published on the App Store by Data Protection Services OOD (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what the app collects, why, who receives it (including the AI service that creates your tattoo designs), and the choices you have.
1. AI tattoo designs: what is sent, and to whom
AI Tattoo asks before it sends anything to the AI service. The first time you tap Generate, the app shows what will be sent and to whom. Nothing is sent until you tap Allow. If you tap Not now, nothing is sent, and the gallery, Explore and trying designs on with your camera or Body Canvas keep working.

Our server also asks Runware to check each image for nudity and does not deliver images that Runware flags. If a description asks for nudity or sexual content, our server refuses it before anything is generated and records only the word that was refused.
To prevent abuse and to apply daily limits, our server also receives a device identifier (an Apple App Attest key, or a random ID the app creates), your IP address and the number of images created per day. Daily counts are deleted after 14 days. Server logs, which include your IP address and a shortened device identifier but not your description, are kept only as long as needed for security and troubleshooting.
We do not use your descriptions to train AI models, and we do not sell them.
2. Other information the app uses
Your designs
The designs you create and their descriptions are saved on your device (Profile) until you delete them or the app.
Camera and photos
The camera is used only to show a design on your skin, on your device; the camera image is not uploaded. The app asks for permission before it saves a design to your photo library.
Anonymous user ID
The app signs in anonymously with Firebase Authentication (Google LLC), which gives your install a random user ID. You don’t create an account, and we don’t ask for your name or email address.
Purchases
Apple processes all payments. The app receives the details of your App Store purchases (product, dates and transaction IDs) to unlock Premium, and sends them, with the App Store receipt, to our analytics service. We also check purchases with Apple’s App Store Server API. We never see your payment card details.
Analytics
Our analytics service (ACAnalytics, hosted on Cloudflare, Inc.) receives an identifier for your device, the app version, device model, iOS version, language, currency, country, Apple Search Ads attribution data and your App Store purchase transactions. We use it to measure how the app and its subscription offers perform. Firebase Analytics (Google LLC) receives app usage events and device information, and Firebase Remote Config delivers app settings.
Advertising and tracking
If you don’t have Premium, the app shows ads from Google AdMob (Google LLC). AdMob receives device information, your IP address and how you interact with ads. The app asks for permission to track (Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt) before ads start. Only if you allow it may AdMob receive your device’s advertising identifier (IDFA). You can change your choice at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

3. Sharing
We share information only with the service providers named in this policy, so that they can run the features described here, and when the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information. The privacy policies of these providers also apply: Runware, Google Firebase, Google (including AdMob) and Cloudflare.
4. How long we keep information
- Your designs: on your device until you delete them or the app.
- Images created by Runware: deleted by Runware after 7 days.
- Our image server: no descriptions are stored; daily image counts are deleted after 14 days.
- Analytics data: kept only as long as needed for the purposes above. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
5. Your choices and rights
- Tap Not now on the AI permission screen and nothing is sent to the AI service.
- Allow or deny tracking in the App Tracking Transparency prompt, or later in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
- Deleting the app removes the designs stored on your device.
- Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to object to its use. Email us at the address below and include the app’s name.
6. Children
AI Tattoo is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has used the app, contact us and we will delete the related information.
7. International processing and security
Our service providers may process information in the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union and other countries. Information is sent over encrypted connections, and access to it is limited to what is needed to run the app.
8. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top.
